HELLO VIEWERS 9-17-16
On 7-21-16, this one and only Google Plus account of mine had been suspended by Google with false claims of spam. Google gave me two months to file an Appeal.
During the two month period, I researched this complicated matter in detail in order to file a legally supported Appeal which Google could not be able to refuse to grant..
My intense research enabled me to compose a strong legally supported Appeal within a 17 page document. After I found out that I could only submit a paragraph, I tried to condense it into one.
It was very difficult to raise legally supported key factors in one paragraph, especially if they were included in a 17 page document, but, after a few attempts, I managed to squeeze them into one small paragraph.
On 9-16-16, at around 7:30 pm or so, I submitted my Appeal. After a few hours only, Google responded by email and notified me that after reviewing my Appeal they reinstated my account.
I am very .. very happy because web reports from other users indicated that Google does not reinstate suspended accounts that easily, especially accounts that were suspended due to spam.
Well...I am happy and proud to have beaten the statistics...!!
I WAS ALSO HAPPY TO SEE THAT ALL OF MY FOLLOWERS WERE STILL THERE AND THAT NONE OF THEM ABANDONED ME DURING THE TWO MONTH PERIOD AND WHILE THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND WHY THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE
Google's suspension was the result of intentional censorship. This is the reason they were not able to produce any evidence in support of their false spam claims. This is also the reason they implicitly acknowledged the legal grounds that were raised in support of my claims against Google's suspension and in support of my request for an immediate reinstatement.
I just wanted you all to be informed of this, in the event you wondered where the hell I was and why you could not access my account.
By the way, during this two month period, I opened up another Google Plus account and I kept busy by posting Anti-Hillary posts, which is one of the activities that Google wanted to censor me for by way of suspending this account with fabricated claims of spam. I used to really like Shirley Jones as an actress. I thought she was really pretty. I first saw her when I was about 10, in the movie Oklahoma. If you review his site, you will understand WHY I am mentioning Shirley Jones. Keep in mind that Hellywood, has all of the capability to make people beautiful OR make them into monsters. Totally UNRECOGNIZABLE.... with all of their makeup and prosthetics etc... One America United Again Thanks but the info you have is a bit limited. If you re-search this, you will find out that Google has a procedural requirement of checking the veracity of the "spam reports" and then suspending the accounts only if they deem the report accurate. Google, as per their own claims, also keeps a log record of people who file false reports against others. It has been a long time ago since I did this research and found this documented information so please do not make me look for it.. Regards

madamoiselle c ya some of the NASA stuff was totally faked like the mars thing and a tiny lizard was in the back round visible with high rez screens. BUT lots of other stuff is real. The US has factories making stuff in zero grav. I have seen real time land sat imagery - reads the date on a quarter, sees through stuff with thermal. It's a really big ladder or it's real. the moon is very close. The earth IS a Sphere and a heck of a lot older than 10k years. Space junk is easy to spot w scope. Peace

ReplyDeleteI was threaten on Facebook about spam, but I did not have a clue what they were talking about, I think social media tech people are too many chiefs & not enough Indian's... I had tried to report people that was using military leader's names that was not who they claimed to be, and Facebook did not care !
ReplyDeleteAnd other odd stuff, I was stalked on there too and one guy jumped me of Natural news post that I had not even posted about, Troll's are a Real Problem, Even worse on YouTube years ago, they total screwed my account up and divided to so I can not receive mail and I lost a lot of contacts & video's that were removed ... I didn't realize how powerful the stuff was I found until this past year ... It's incredible at the 2 face trolls that have gotten jobs with social media group's, even a app that I downloaded off of the google store robbed my computer of 11O file's and screwed my tablet up !

ReplyDeleteGoogle has been good to me and I posted stuff on Government Employees that are family. Google reinstated in Minutes / hours / days. Accounts, postings, videos, etc. Everything was put back. Thanks Google. Give them a good reason. Peace
